Benjamin started Muay Thai in 2013 at Frontenac Academy and quickly discovered a passion for the sport.

Also practicing boxing and kickboxing, he decided to perfect his technique at the academy for two years before joining the academy team.

Very attentive and attentive, he will help you to feel comfortable while progressing through the discipline that interests you.

He also takes classes for young people (9 to 17 years old) with Samuel.
