C.A.C self-defense

Inspired by various martial arts, this course introduces participants to defensive situations in the event of an attack in an urban environment. They will learn striking techniques, keys and above all riposte in reaction to armed or unarmed attacks. A prevention and safety component is part of the course. Students will have the opportunity to repeat many simulations in order to integrate certain defensive reflexes.

Age and physical strength do not matter, the course adapts to everyone's abilities.

Structure of a self-defense course (C.A.C) at Frontenac Academy: 

Warm-up: 

The Cself defense bear obvious startment by a complete warm-up. They usually consist of 5 to 10 minutes of warm-up exercises at the discretion of the trainer.

Techniques:

Coach demonstrates self-defense techniques and ensures proper application of these techniques by the students.
