Estefanio De Abreu

 

Estefanio started as a member of l'Académie Frontenac in 2005. After six years of boxing training and perfecting his technique in kick-boxing, he joined the coaching staff of the Academie.

For over a year, Estefanio has given his services as coach, but also as supervisor of sparring (fighting supervised with protection).

Therefore, it is with him that you will learn the basics, for those who want, of amateur fights. Finally, if you are looking for an intense cardio workout, Estefanio is one of the coaches that you need!
