How do our boxing training sessions take place?
Our boxing training lasts either 1 hour or 1 hour 30 minutes depending on the level.
- Punching techniques: Jab, hook, uppercut, cross… boxing develops fast and powerful strikes.
- Footwork and defense: Movement, dodging, and blocking to avoid hits and counterattack effectively.
- Physical conditioning: A high-intensity cardio workout that boosts explosiveness, coordination, and reaction speed.
