Classes Levels

N-1: (Introductory)

Approximately 25 classes in duration.

 

Level 1 is designed to be the ideal entry point for those who want to practice combat sports such as boxing and Muay Thai for the first time or for those with less than 3 months of experience in this field.

 

During these sessions, you will learn all the necessary basic techniques. Movements will be broken down into shorter sequences, allowing for effective assimilation. You will also work on your accuracy regarding striking targets, while developing a solid guard and acquiring optimal fighting distance. Physical conditioning will be specially adapted for our new members in a fun and safe environment.

Equipment:

  • Gloves

  • Jumping rope

  • Hand wrap

 

Techniques:

  • Basic positioning (guard)

  • Basic footwork (forward/backward and left/right)

  • Assisted Shadowboxing

  • Basic strikes: jab, straight, push kick, and round kick for Muay Thai

  • Learning how to hold pads

  • Warm-up and beginner-friendly workouts to develop the muscles used in combat sports

N-2: (Regular)

Level 2 is aimed at the majority of academy members, approximately 80% of them. In this level, you will continue to develop the basics with slightly longer sequences and more intense conditioning. It's a fun, safe, and ideal environment to train alone, with friends, as a couple, etc. We take a relaxed approach while learning beautiful techniques. You can stay in this course as long as you want, as it offers continuous progression adaptable to your needs.

  • Shin guards (Muai Thai)

  • Positions

  • Assisted Shadowboxing

  • Footwork and pivots

  • Combinations

  • Additional strikes: hooks, uppercuts, and for Muay Thai, we add push kicks, knees, and elbows

  • Basic evasions and parries

  • blocks

N-3: (Attendance by 10% of our members)

To participate in level 3, it is imperative to obtain the authorization of two coaches in the practiced discipline. This level marks the first step towards one-on-one combat (sparring). In order to maintain a safe environment, it is necessary to have a good grasp of basic movements, have solid conditioning, demonstrate discipline, control your strength, and have good accuracy in strikes on target. When you reach N-3, you want to train with people who have a similar combat experience to yours. This prevents you from ending up with someone who is not at your level. During this level, you will learn more advanced strategies, undergo even more rigorous conditioning, and participate in light sparring matches.

Requirements:

  • Authorization from two coaches

  • Proper pad-holding skills

  • Mastery of all strikes (jabs, straights, hooks, uppercuts, roundhouse kicks, front kicks, knee strikes) according to the discipline

  • Footwork: steps and pivots

  • Mastery of evasions, blocks, and deflections

  • Ability to assess distance and balance

  • Personal protective equipment (helmets, mouthguards, sparring gloves, shin guards, snout protection)

  • Race content:

  • More complex combinations

  • Random defenses and evasions

  • Concept of combat sports (combat strategy)

  • Movement strategies

  • Sequences with light contact and handicaps (light body sparring)

N-4

Level 4 focuses on fights with the use of protective gear such as sparring gloves, mouthguards, and helmets. This course is intended for only 1% of our members. The fights are more focused on realism and take place at full intensity. You will be in the company of experienced competitors and training partners. To access level 4, you must receive an invitation from the coaches of this level based on the discipline you practice.

Race content:

  • More demanding physical conditioning
