There are 2 ways. - ONLINE, you can choose your subscription directly on our site by clicking on our prices and choose which type of package suits you, then you have to fill in the requested information and you will have to pay. You can pay by credit card or by direct debit -IN PERSON. Present yourself at the reception of the Frontenac Academy with an identity card and a payment method among: debit card, credit card, cash.

Wear comfortable clothing. Remember to bring a towel and a bottle of water. For the trial, we lend equipment. For subsequent courses, you will need to have your own equipment. We sell equipment on site and staff members will be available to answer your questions and advise you.
