Académie Frontenac is looking for a passionate and experienced boxing coach to work with our youth athletes, ages 8 to 17.

Responsibilities:

• Coach groups of approximately 15 to 30 youth per class.

• Teach boxing fundamentals and help students refine their technique.

• Build confidence, discipline and sportsmanship.

• Adapt instruction to the age and skill level of participants.

• Maintain a positive, motivating and safe environment.

Schedule:

• Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 4:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.

• Arrival by 4:40 p.m. at the latest may be possible.

​

Qualifications:

• Strong boxing experience, including regular training and coaching.

• Previous boxing teaching experience is required.

• Strong communication and youth group-management skills.

• Energetic, patient, motivating and responsible.

• Able to adapt to different skill levels and personalities.

• French is required; English is an asset.

Important: only applicants who actively practise boxing, have solid experience and have previous teaching experience will be considered.

​

Conditions:

• Compensation to be discussed based on experience.

• Opportunities to become involved in other gym projects and potentially take on additional boxing classes for adults or youth, either occasionally or on a regular basis.
