Course for young people between 8 and 18 years old.
The youngster can choose to do the discipline of his choice between boxing, kickboxing or muay thai.
This course is specially designed to develop a passion among young people and also to allow them to find a mental balance using physical exercise.
We also have a program to help young people from low-income families.
Structure of a youth course at Frontenac Academy:
The courses obviously start with a complete warm-up. They usually consist of about 5 minutes of jump rope followed by 5 minutes of warm-ups at the discretion of the coach.
The coach demonstrates techniques and ensures proper application of these techniques by the students.
